I know this is a late start but here are the three Tuesday Only deals, since I missed yesterday:

I know if you do the "Make a Pledge" you can get a $1 off coupon for Cottonelle 4pk or more. There is also a $1 off coupon from the SS 1/17.  This would bring that to $4.49. There was the Brawny coupon from the 1/24 Redplum insert that gives you $1 off, bringing your total to $5.49.  By the way, none of the above will give you ECBs back, but some may want to take advantage of the deals.
